  1. jacynthe October 2, 2013 • 4:55 pm the article is not right and lack details. nothing is natural . have you ever seen a tree produced a pill morons . nothing is natural the natural things is shaolin phylosophy and people who don’t take any sort of pills . the long undesirable effects of supplements is as equally dangerous to that of the anabolic but we live in the age where doctors have no conscience anymore and paid or guired toward popping and taking everything that gives a quick boost and a quick reward, especially pharmaceutical companies

In their next mood swing, the medical consensus, whatever that means, reverted toward more radical mastectomy again. In an article from the New York Times , [30] a new Mayo Clinic study being published in the New England Journal of Medicine , backtracked to a former position. Bilateral radical mastectomy of healthy breasts supposedly “reduces the risk of getting breast cancer” by 90%! I am not making this up. Obviously, if a woman doesn’t have breasts, how can she get breast cancer? This type of insanity – a recommendation to remove healthy breasts with the idea to prevent a disease a woman doesn’t have – makes you wonder what’s next. How about euthanasia? – that way the patient will have a zero percent chance of ever getting any disease again.

I don’t believe that the body can grow strong due to tendon/CNS adaptations as you keep asserting. That may work for a few weeks when you begin a new exercise & improve motor skills and structurally adapt, but it will not last long. You will never get strong in the long run if your muscles are not also growing. But I think many people have vastly overestimated the impact on your appearance that gaining muscle actually has. Gaining 5 lbs of fat will make you appear much sloppier, but gaining 5 lbs of lean muscle will not make that much visual difference while wearing clothes

This is the scenario: a guy, say age 21, becomes serious about gaining muscle. He’s 5′ 10″, 7″ wrists, 9″ ankles, average genetics for muscle size-and-proportioned. He’s played sports, but never done more than an occasional resistance workout. Now, he begins a good training-eating-and-resting program. With his genetics, he has the potential for naturally gaining 45 pounds of lean mass if he stays consistent with progressive training/proper eating for a continuous 3 to 4 years.
But, about three months after beginning his training, he starts taking steroids. He does three steroid cycles in the following 18 months, and includes proper post-cycle therapy. That entire time, he’s continuing to consistently train and eat properly. Before the end of two years, he’s gained 45 pounds of lean mass (which with steroids, by the way, is not necessarily typical but neither improbable). At that point, he permanently quits using steroids, but he does continue properly training and eating for another two years. At the end of four years, he carries the same 45 pounds of lean mass.

Steroids don't cause the bones to grow, they only affect muscular development. So what does an enlarged skull have to do with steroid use? Nothing at all. But it does indicate the use of Human Growth Hormone, or HGH for short. HGH naturally occurs in our bodies, and as we get older the levels drop. HGH is responsible for our ability to grow larger bones, bigger muscles, and generally develop from an infant to an adult. When you use HGH as an adult it often causes your bones to grow, giving a person on HGH a much squarer appearance. One of the most common signs of HGH use is having a skull that looks scarier than normal, and having a skull that is bigger now than it was when you reached adulthood. When you look at John Cena it's pretty clear he meets those criteria, which indicates he is an HGH user.
